Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy applies to Buya3DPrint catalog products and Print Partner manufacturing orders.

1. Production time

Physical products are made to order. Any "Xd production" figure on a product page is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Print Partner orders' production time follows the estimate stated in the accepted quote.

2. Shipment tracking

Product decisionWe don't have a real-time carrier API integration today. Once an order ships, the carrier name and tracking number are entered manually and shown on your order page. Rather than a firm delivery-date promise, we recommend tracking the shipment directly via that number once it's added.

3. Shipping cost and tax

Product decisionShipping cost and tax for catalog products are shown before payment. As of today this is a flat-rate approximation (a real tax/shipping-rate engine isn't integrated yet) — the final tax/invoicing treatment is tracked as a separate internal item to be resolved with accounting, outside the scope of this document.

4. International shipping

Product decisionDigital models can be sold worldwide. However, Buya3DPrint's own catalog physical products are currently shipped within Turkey only — this is a server-enforced restriction, not just an interface note. International physical sales will expand country by country as a local Print Partner is onboarded in that country; this expansion has not happened yet. Print Partner manufacturing orders' coverage is limited to whichever countries your selected Print Partner actually services — see the Print Partner Terms.

5. Lost or damaged shipments

If your shipment appears lost or arrives damaged, the process in the Refund & Withdrawal Policy applies.

6. Print Partner orders

Production and shipping are handled directly by your selected Print Partner; the platform confirms payment before production starts and oversees the process. See the Print Partner Terms for details.
